★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many years I was over exercising and under fueling myself. I lost my period for several years. Once I got it back my cycles were a mess and I would have debilitating pain.

Dr Lyndsey Zigar has been the missing piece to my healing journey! She has found insights into my body that so many other providers have missed. With the supplements and acupuncture care I am seeing tremendous improvements in my health and menstrual cycles.
