★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Kathleen!. I felt very comfortable during my appointments and found I was so relaxed. I miss seeing Kathleen now, always looked forward to each appointment. I've suffered with IBSD for 38 years, low fodmap eating didn't really help. When I found Kathleen, I felt almost housebound, she helped me immensely. She taught me how to control this chronic condition, I'm so thankful she gave me the tools I now use. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ Kathleen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 stars out of 5! I cannot recommend Kathleen enough. Having gone to a few hypnotists over the years, I can confidently say she knows her stuff. Kathleen took the time to explain her process to me and addressed any initial reservations I had. I found it took several sessions with other hypnotists before I could relax and go deep, but with Kathleen, I dropped into that deep state on the first try. Professional, knowledgeable, and skilled, I would go to her again in a heartbeat. Additionally, the audio she provided me was excellent. Whenever I'm struggling to fall asleep, I put it on, and I am out like a light before the end of the tape.
