Corporate Portrait Photography and Corporate Headshots are a specialty of Katherine Calnan and she works weekly with everywhere from private individuals to large multinational corporations in her studio or on location. Using her knowledge gained during years of experience taking thousands of images in fashion, portrait and corporate settings. Katherine has consistently delivered an approach to corporate headshots that her clients love.

After leaving university Katherine spent over 10 years working in the Oil and Gas industry and corporate world in Calgary before transitioning to professional photography and this experience adds to her work and understanding of the corporate world and has repeatedly shown to reduce the time it takes for corporate clients to feel relaxed when in front of the camera with her.

Where it is required or asked for she prides herself in coaching clients on how to look their best and feel comfortable during their corporate headshot. In the business world time is of the essence and having the ability to provide a relaxed atmosphere and easy coaching style makes for great images in a shorter time. Whether in the studio or on location having the availability to shoot tethered allows Katherine to show clients how their images are looking in real time.

In the recent years more companies have been asking for an alternative look to their imagery being used to promote their staff. With online presence on multiple platforms being the norm in today’s business world, how you or staff members are presented can effect how your company or self are perceived.

It is also possible to convey information about your staff and company by the style that is used in your imagery. With different personal coaching, lighting techniques and backgrounds it is possible to communicate emotion and traits that best fit your company profile. We work with many clients that want a traditional look to their photos and then others that want a more stylized approach.

We have a team of professionals in hair, makeup and styling that are also available when requested.
