As first time home buyers, we had a healthy sense of skepticism for who we wanted to work with and looked for advice online. Despite the many referrals for other realtors from family and friends, we were most impressed by the knowledge and passion for real estate that Kate and Peter had both online and by phone. They were professional and honest with us from the beginning, while very friendly and easy to talk to. Through our initial showings, they got to know our wants and needs very quickly and were able to confidently recommend or veto properties we had visited. When we found a home we really liked, they discussed strategy with us and ensured that our expectations were realistic. Ultimately our winning bid came down to the negotiation between agents as we were neck and neck with another buyer, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Working with Kate and Peter no doubt made the home buying process much less overwhelming than we expected - no question was too small and we never felt rushed to make decisions. We learned so much in a short time and feel confident that we found not only the best deal, but the best home for our needs (and wants!). We would certainly work with them again and would urge our family and friends to do the same.

They are straight forward and give their honest suggestions. Kate is very professional and prepares well ahead of time before a viewing. She is very responsive and can quickly make appointments for viewings. I didn't have a car so she was quick to offer door to door pickup and drop for every viewing. They are also knowledgable on house maintenance and inspections. They both know about basic inspections which can be valuable in making decisions in a hot market where you can't put any condition in the offers. Kate and Peter advised me well and helped me win the bidding war without me overpaying for the property. They have their client interest in mind. They are unlike any other real estate agents who rush you to put a high offer (so that they can get high commission). There were lot of properties which Kate and Peter rejected because of issues which I had overlooked. I am happy with my purchase and glad that I got a change to work with Kate and Peter. TLDR: I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a property. Don't waste time on other realty agents just hire Kate and Peter.

I totally agree with all 8 reviews posted prior to mine, on everything - first phone call, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very patient. They reminded me not to rush when I was tempted to buy a property that I like very much but might have noise concerns that we couldn't see during the showing (on a weekend in pandemic).

Kate and Peter were very knowledgeable about the GTA market and the home buying process, and were able to provide a lot of valuable insight into different buildings. As a buyer, I appreciated Kate's honest opinion when it came to each unit we saw; not pressuring me to make an offer on any unit, or calling out when a unit might not be the right fit for me; preference of quiet, but the unit I was interested in was near the party room. There were often things I had overlooked / wouldn't have noticed that Kate pointed out during viewings such as Kitec plumbing. Additionally, Kate provided me with professional references for both a lawyer and broker I could use; again with no pressure, stating they would not / did not receive any commissions for referrals. Both referrals provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend Kate and Peter for any first time home buyer.

Sold in the first week, which isn't too surprising in todays market. But what was great, was the purchase of our new place which Kate actually negotiated a lower price. Kate also offered us cash back on our transactions which was awesome, since that went towards the new house. There were some small hiccups during the buying process, but the team had it covered with their experience. Months after they are still following up on how the renos are going and if everything is great. Highly recommended.

Thankfully, Kate and Peter went above and beyond our expectations and helped us secure our first home. It was great working with an someone who understood our needs, provided honest feedback about the homes we were viewing (including the super important advice of what NOT to buy), and was always available 24/7 to answer questions and concerns. Kate and Peter both helped us thoroughly inspect the homes we were interested in, which is important considering most sellers these days don't bother with conditional offers. We never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision throughout the often long process of searching. It's refreshing to work with a fully transparent agent who's upfront about the neighbourhoods/cities they specialize in, what services they offer (cashback, driving to and from properties), and what we can afford based on our budget. The amount of free advice you'll get just from your first phone call with Kate will undoubtedly make you choose her as your next agent!

They were completely honest in the assessment of the places we went to see, positive or negative. They also walked us through every step of the buying process to make sure we were prepared. My wife and I had very specific criteria out of the units we wanted to see, which meant that there would be lulls between going to see listing as we we were waiting for appropriate units to come up. Kate/Peter did not push us at all to go see unsuited units, and made themselves immediately available when the right units did come up so we could act quickly.
