★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En juin 2020, nous avons contacté KarlRénove pour divers travaux, il était disponible pour la fin août. A la fin août, il n’était plus disponible en raison de la pénurie de bois et il a reporté nos travaux au printemps 2021. Or, ce ne sont pas tous nos travaux qui nécessitaient du bois. Il aurait pu au moins venir faire les autres travaux. Ce n’est pas correct de nous avoir fait attendre 3 mois pour rien.
 In June 2020, we contacted KarlRénove for various works, he was available for the end of August. At the end of August, he was no longer available due to the shortage of wood and he postponed our work until the spring of 2021. However, not all of our work required wood. He could at least have come and done the other work. It’s not correct that we were made to wait 3 months for nothing.
