My fiancé and I had the pleasure of having Karen to help us to both buy a house and sell our condo. While the process in itself can be naturally stressful, Karen was there to help us every step of the way. While working with her, it was obvious that she was very knowledgeable (in trends, what to expect, when to act quickly and when to just hang tight), super compassionate and empathetic (never once did we ever feel like we needed to move ahead with something we didn't feel 100% comfortable), very transparent (shared with us everything that was going on), and thorough, to say the least. Karen was recommended by a friend of ours and we can finally say we found our go to real estate agent in Toronto. Karen sold two of our investment properties and we are happy with how it turned out. The process was effortless and smooth compared to our experience with previous agents - the reason I know things can go wrong in a real estate transaction is because of past negative experiences. Karen on the other hand made us feel very comfortable and informed in the process. There were many times she went above and beyond including resolving issues from an inspection during the contingency period and corresponding with one of our condo property management over an infrastructure matter. I also communicated a couple of times with her administrative staff who were pleasant and they assisted us in a timely manner…forgot to get their names. I highly recommend using Karen to anyone in the market for a real estate agent. We most certainly will work with her again.
