Lorsqu'on regardait le menu pour décider ce qu'on allait prendre (il y a beaucoup de choix), on a laissé passer plusieurs clients qui semblaient être des habitués de la place et qui savaient déjà ce qu'ils voulaient. On leur a demandé des recommandations mais ils nous ont tout simplement dit que c'était difficile à dire parce que tout était bon. Notre choix s'est donc arrêté sur le méchoui frit pour essayer quelque chose de nouveau, et sur la poutine-méchoui qui semblait une valeure sûre. Le service est très amical, la bouffe est excellente et les portions sont généreuses. La poutine-méchoui c'était divin! C'était peut-être notre première visite mais ça ne sera certainement pas la dernière. Si vous passer par la Beauce cet été, c'est le Food-Truck à essayer. We tried Kara-Méchoui on July 26th. When looking at the menu to decide what to take (there is a lot to choose from), we let several customers pass who seemed to be regulars of the place and who already knew what they wanted. We asked them for recommendations but they just told us it was hard to say because everything was good. Our choice therefore stopped on the fried méchoui to try something new, and on the poutine-méchoui which seemed a safe bet. The service is very friendly, the food is excellent and the portions are generous. The poutine-méchoui was divine! It may have been our first visit but it certainly won't be the last. If you pass through Beauce this summer, this is the Food-Truck to try.

It's a delicious little outdoor restaurant to discover or revisit if you like barbecue. The food is excellent and the staff super friendly.

C'est vraiment impressionnant de voir la viande de méchoui cuire tranquillement au-dessus de la braise. Et sincèrement, tout est décadent et délicieux! Ça devient difficile de choisir : on veut tout manger! ? Mon plat préféré ♥️ : l'assiette de méchoui de poulet frit. Unique en son genre et tellement tendre. Ils ont de la pizza en nouveauté cette année et c'était vraiment délicieux chaque fois. Ils utilisent même leur pâte à pizza pour faire des petits pains maison servi avec leurs assiettes méchoui et pour faire leur pain sous-marin. Et le site est génial et décontracté. Rien de compliqué, comme j'aime. Un peu bruyant sur le bord de la route, mais c'est pas si dérangeant. Il y a un chapiteau en cas de mauvaise température. Seul point à dire: j'aime mon bacon bien cuit et croustillant sur la pizza et il était plus baveux. Mais c'est mon goût perso. Je le demanderai très bien cuit la prochaine fois. ? I've been going there regularly since they moved to a fixed location between Saint-Georges and Saint-Benoît last summer. It's really impressive to see the barbecue meat cooking quietly over the embers. And frankly, everything is decadent and delicious! It becomes difficult to choose: we want to eat everything! ? My favorite dish ♥ ️: the plate of fried chicken méchoui. One of a kind and so tender. They have new pizza this year and it was really delicious every time. They even use their pizza dough to make homemade buns served with their mechoui plates and to make their submarine bread. And the site is awesome and laid back. Nothing complicated, as I like. A little noisy on the side of the road, but it's not that disturbing. There is a marquee in case of bad weather. Only point to say: I like my well cooked and crispy bacon on the pizza and it was more runny. But that's my personal taste. I will ask for it very well cooked next time. ?
