We both had the yam & black bean curry soup.....one of the most delicious soups we've ever had. Served with a small wedge of lovely, warm pita bread, and all for only $5.00 - we had a small bowl, but it was still quite generous - not your usual little cup. I wonder what the chef's secret ingredient was for this most delightful soup.

Because if this, they were open late on Fridays and Saturdays, and their evening menu is different, and we were almost the only ones dining on. The service was lovely and quick. I had the chicken burger with locally made bacon and veggies. I ordered the Cole slaw side, and they made a mistake and gave me the very salad instead. I must say that I don't like beets much and hate borscht. I also see salad dressing as a necessary, but unfortunate evil. But this salad was delightful! And the dressing was one of the only salad dressings and I can honestly say I loved! Good thing there mistake was made! The burger was delicious as well. The chicken piece was to small to fill the bin, but it read thick and juicy, and the combination of the ingredients of the burger was wonderful. They include a knife with the burger. I recommend using it.
C	Christopher Wilkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little shop, just two blocks from the wharf within a small shopping centre. We had large coffees that were good. The staff were friendly and had tourist advice for us. Didn't sample the food, but it smelt great. They also sell alcoholic beverages.
R	Rhonda West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delicious little restaurant near the ferry on Quadra Island. I stopped in for lunch in a Tuesday after exploring the southern half of the island. The server was friendly and the food arrived quickly considering the busyness of the place. I had the dragon bowl without rice or the side of papadums. The salad was delicious and made with fresh ingredients.

My only critique, which is small, would be to have less raw red onion or make them slivered rings, soak them in cold water first. Red onion is very strong and I enjoy onions. But very enjoyable and a great designed interior. Staff friendly.

Both dishes were excellent especially how they made the sauce for both. Good portion and price point as well. I think it’s a must eat restaurant if you’re traveling to Quadra Island.
