A	Angelo Octaviano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Monday evening to get fish and chips. We waited 25 minutes then asked our server for a status report. The server told us there was only one staff member in the kitchen. We waited another 10 minutes then told our server to cancel our order. We understand the predicament of being short staffed but waiting that long for 2 orders of fish and chips is a little much. For the future if you know you're understaffed and that food will take a while let your patrons know before they order.
A	Angela P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst breakfast and service!! My daughter made reservations for 30 for brunch at 10am, an after wedding brunch. Tables were not set, took forever to get a cup of coffee and our orders taken. One half hour later 4 meals come out, two were cold! Others were sent back as well for either being cold or over cooked chicken on the waffles. The last person to be served there meal was a four year old, her and her dad ate last and finished at 1pm!! Remember we arrived at 10am!! The server was so disorganized it took forever to get our bills. Many of us paid cash and never got our change back. So fed up waiting we just left. Maybe if the server had smile on her face and was more pleasant we would have understood. Who am I kidding, fed the only kid last, made everyone wait for refills of coffee, service sucked and so did the over cooked dried out tater tots!! Food was awful!! Don’t bother going there!
R	Robert Nixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager was quite rude and gave our reserved tables away all at once after I had just said to the waitress if they needed they should take two of them because people were sick and not coming. He insisted he take them all at once with no customer service skills such as asking the customer/us if we would mind. We were happy to give them up for our no shows but they never even filled the first one for at least 30-40 minutes after his rude gesture. I

Would definitely recommend. Food was delicious, atmosphere was inviting, and prices weren’t bad. Thank you to James and your team at Match for a lovely family dinner.

We had the pleasure of meeting the new General manager & he guaranteed personally that my meal came out exactly as requested. Truly an exceptional experience, we can not wait to get back to!

Our server was great, polite and prompt. Cant wait to come back soon to try more of the benders before they’re gone.

Tonight was a fantastic experience here with restrictions loosing up! Our server Charlene was great! The manager quality checked and made this experience better. We will def be back again!
S	Sophie Lemieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to match weekly, it’s my favourite place to grab a few drinks and enjoy the happy hour food with my friends and coworkers. I went in just yesterday with my daughter and we both ordered the grilled cajun chicken, it was amazing! Possibly the best chicken meal I’ve had, I had to send over compliments to the kitchen! The service from all front of house staff was also very accommodating as usual, and our waitress Bree took very good care of us (even after that we’ve paid). Definitely recommend coming in on bingo nights as well!
