โ โ โ โ โ Great restaurant. Been here a couple of times pre 2021 March 30 restaurant restrictions. Newly opened and place is bright and clean.
I posted a review with some in restaurant photos then but for some reason the Google map listing disappeared.
Here's a few photos of the takeout. Sorry for the ugly pictures but that's my cheap phone. Lol.
Everything was yummy. I have developed a pretty sensitive stomach these last few years and can't eat out too often. This restaurant I haven't had any problems with. Most likely they use fresh oil for stir fry and no added MSG. My 2 biggest nemesis.

โ โ โ โ โ Newly opened DimSum restaurant that I think is overpriced for what you are getting. Most of the food we ordered were a bit bland. The chicken in the chicken rice was mostly bones with very little meat, and the egg tarts had very thick pastry. The discount made this a bit more bearable but I would come back if I had to pay full price since there are better restaurants very close by.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 4th visits to go there for dim sum brunch. They offered 20% off under their dim sum list when we placed our orders before 11:30am - that's really awesome. We could stay there beyond11;30am until we finished all of our dishes! Service pretty good, food standard not bad indeed!

Parking is not bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Great environment and service. Food quality is good, not spectacular, especially given high prices. Dinner was disappointing although dim sum for lunch is much better. I do recommend the salt and pepper squid. The almond cookie dessert was the highlight. Donโt get the steamed fish and the clear broths.

โ โ โ โ โ Kam Tou is located on the second floor of Continental Shopping Centre (in the former Dragon View location). Dishes are a bit hit-and-miss...
I liked the short but silky beef rice rolls, egg tofu topped with shrimp paste and morel mushrooms, and the sauce on the steamed chicken feet.
The truffle siu mai was a bit too hard, the xlb wasn't very juicy and had a few broken pieces, and the beef omasum was a bit too difficult to chew.
Everyone seemed to be getting some type of hot pot dish so maybe that's something to try.

โ โ โ โ โ It was great that I made reservation before going to the restaurant. It was packed today Saturday. Also people were lining up at the entrance.
The interior is considered spacious. There is some space between tables. I hate to be too close to others as I experienced dining at a few restaurants in Lower Mainland which did not put up plexiglass or any dividers to separate tables and tables.
My table had 8 dishes of food. I didnโt have a chance to take photos of all of them. Only photos of 5 dishes have been posted. The taste/flavours and presentation of the food were pretty. I thought I would be eating a lot of MSG or sodium but I did not feel very thirsty after lunch. Then this is awesome!!
The customer service was good. The servers were very efficient. They had to handle all the customers, all the tables and food at the same time. The food came to our table quickly.
The pricing was ok comparing others. Some restaurants are even more expensive than this one. We have noticed everything has gone up in price in general. So does dim sum.
I would like to come here again and try other dishes.
