Avoid any caffeine as this can cause jittery and restlessness during the appointment, making it difficult to provide the service effectively. Jittery eyes during a lash service may affect the application, thus affecting the retention.
Arrive on time, with no make-up on*
For lash extension fills, a minimum 40% of lashes must remain in order to obtain the fill price. Any less will result in a full set price
Note that fills will not be done on work done outside of Lux & Co. Instead, a removal and full set will be done & charged accordingly.
* Arriving with makeup on may affect the retention of the lash extensions or the results of the lash lift
