★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fortunate to be referred to this firm but it was too late. My process was going through longtime with my previous lawyer. I was going through a hard time selling the matrimonial home even though with two court orders but soon as I met Kaler and Vic they filed a motion and got the house listed without any conditions.
It's hard to go through the process of divorce if you have a controlling and aggressive opponent party. I'm impressed with their paper works. Also Vic is very organized, confident and presented well in front of the judge. He filed the cost claim submissions and got my cost back too.
My case is still not over and I'm still with this team. I recommend anybody who goes through a hard time with divorce proceeding to meet them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend and thank Mr. Preet Kaler and Mr Vic Sehdev for representing me in my litigation. They were able to get me unsupervised parenting and overnights in my recent motion. Even though the other party was unresponsive, unreasonable and delayed me having parenting time with my child. My lawyers made me realize that most problems in a family litigation can be resolved by being patient(court processes are very long) and reasonable and clear with what you ask the judge. I want to thank Mr Varun Bali, Mr Balihar Mangat, Ms Tandeep Kaur (the articling students) to make my litigation much cheaper by sending emails with my lawyers instructions, providing comforting words and advice . The team provided me with legal advice , calmed me down in difficult situations and to unreasonable stands taken by the other party. My advice to the law firm is to keep on recruiting and increasing the articling students in the firm.
