Kaizen Dental - Richmond

I've been to Kaizen dental many times during the last 6 months for hygiene appointments and cosmetic dentistry (ceramic veneers) and I have never been more comfortable and impressed with a dental office in my life. First of all, my dental hygienist (Lorraine) is incredible. I was initially embarrassed about the condition of my teeth when I first arrived and worried that my hygienist would make me feel bad about not flossing but my experience was the complete opposite. Instead of making me feel ashamed, she met me where I was and completely understood. She explained the condition of my teeth in a purely observational way, developed a plan with me, and encouraged me to get my dental hygiene back on track together (all while being so kind and compassionate). I can honestly say I'm sticking to the plan for the first time in my life and it feels great! Next, I met with Sia Naseh for a consultation to get cosmetic dentistry. I have been looking into getting porcelain veneers for many years and I have seen many different dentists for consultations but they were never a good fit. When I met with Sia Nasah, I instantly felt like he took the time to really understand my concerns and exactly what I wanted the end result to look like. He developed a plan that would drastically change the appearance of my smile at the lowest cost to me. I appreciated that because I felt like other dentists tried to push me to get additional work done that wasn't necessary (veneers on all of my upper teeth). In the end, we settled on 6 veneers on the top. Every time I went into the office for appointments, I felt like I was in completely competent hands. Sia Naseh worked closely with the ceramicist that would be creating my veneers (I believe her office is in the same building) and she was often present at appointments so we could all provide input. In the end, my veneers turned out beautiful! I wanted shape and color that looked very natural and they turned out exactly like the way I pictured them in my mind. I am so impressed with Sia Naseh's competence, attention to detail and kindness. I highly recommend seeing him for cosmetic dentistry!

I wish everyone could be treated by a team as remarkable as the one at Kaizen Dental. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and professional, from Kayal at the front desk to the Nika the CDA. Dr. Naseh is very caring toward patients and attentive to their concerns. Lorraine is an amazing hygienist who goes above and beyond for patients - she conducts a careful head and neck exam, thoroughly assesses teeth and gum health, and elucidates every step of the teeth cleaning process with empathy and humor. In addition, the office space is extremely clean and relaxing. Highly highly recommended for an exceptional dental experience!

For the last three years, I have trusted my entire family's dental health with Kaizen Dental and I have been more than satisfied on each visit. I love how they genuinely care about their patients, have a very friendly staff. Specially for my two kids who actually look forward to the dentist visit. I would highly recommend Kaizen Dental to any one in the Richmond, BC Area.

There is no word to describe Dr. Nasseh and his team's excellent and professional treatment and patients' service. Highly recommended to everyone, especially those who have had bad dental experiences.

The team at Kaizen is unbeatable! The quality of service, professionalism, organization, and overall cleanliness of the space is everything you hope for when you pay a visit to your dentist. My initial visit in 2018 was terrifying, as I had not been to any dental office for about 6 years at that point. But the team was very warm and welcoming, and my anxieties disappeared very quickly. As a client who has now accessed a number of services including routine cleaning/maintenance, Invisalign, and Zoom Whitening, I've had the privilege of meeting most of the staff. They are ALL top notch - extremely professional, highly personable, will answer any of your questions, and ensure client comfort throughout any procedure. And of course, the quality of their work is what keeps you coming back. I have already referred a family member and a friend to Kaizen and both were very happy with their experience. 5/5!

My 2 year old boy and myself both had an amazing experience visiting Kaizen Dental for the first time. Each one of the staff and assistants were super welcoming, warm, calm and professional. Dr. Naseh is very patient and informative. The cleaning service was really well done by the hygienist Ruth - she was so caring and made sure that I felt at ease. The beautiful river view was also such a pleasant surprise. I’ve never felt so relaxed and cared for during my dental visit. I only wish that we switched to Kaizen sooner.

Myself, my wife and our 3 children have been patients at Kaizen Dental for many years. Our children have transitioned to adulthood and me to retirement while receiving a wide range of meticulous care from Kaizen Dental. I recently had an oral challenge that I found very unsettling. The team at Kaizen dental expeditiously and professionally addressed the situation and put me at ease. The excellent care made me feel truly valued and appreciative. Thank-you Dr Sia Naseh and Team!
