Acceptable atmosphere. There were bunch of people standing at the main entry door step smoking even though there is a clear sign not to smoke at the main entry way. When you step inside, everything is written in Chinese, and no English translation were to be found (oh maybe the pricing menu was the only English transcript). As a non-Chinese speaking customer I didn't know what to do. The "Lounge" seating area is a higher priced seating area rated at $4.50 per hour, where the seats are just plain horrible. The desk is way to high when seated comfortably. If I were to go back there, I'd sit at just regular area, where it seem more comfortable. All programs and software are in Chinese. So if you can't read a single word of Chinese, then best of luck or go find a staff who speaks a decent English (which only couple of them do). My station's headphone didn't work, so I had to find a staff to fix it, which took 10 minutes of my time and wasted a round of a Overwatch with my friends. They topped off some time for me but since I was there with my friends, their time ran out sooner than mine, which ultimately left me alone to play.

Great gaming rigs. Always had problem with mics. And every computer is in Mandarin or Cantonese writing... And staff have a bit of a hard time with English. But you can manage to surf around and eventually get in your game and voice chat going.

Really enjoyed coming to 17Gaming as it had a modern interior with great rigs that performed better than everywhere I've been to accompanied by blazing fast Internet (around 300+mbps from the tests I did) for an overall amazing look and feel. I also appreciate the variety of areas to choose from so that you have options depending if you go alone or with a group of friends. Can't forget to mention the great music playing throughout the whole place which added to the experience. Only subjective thing is that the computers are defaulted to Chinese so it wasn't the easiest to navigate through the system and not sure if there's an option to change it to English but it didn't ruin the fun.

I am an visitor from America and let me tell you this place was awesome getting started was a little rough due to the employees not understanding me. The gaming was easy and as long as you are familiar with the icons the fact that everything is in Chinese (I think) it was easy to get started. All I had to do was log in and I already knew what I wanted to play. This will definitely be a go to for me every time I visit Canada. It’s amazing to see a large community come together and share a common interest. Something America doesn’t have much of.???????

Amazing place to hang out and play video games. The rate is very low considering what they have to offer. The PCs and setup is very nice. The desks are clean and well. Some minor complaint is that the chairs are a bit low to sit on (I'm 185cm). Windows was also in Chinese so it is difficult for non-chinese to use. Would definitely come again.

Seems great. Prices are great and gaming is fun in a way. Staff is friendly and helpful. Few things to take note of: -Some of the staff can barely understand or speak English. -Try to askthe staff how to set the keyboard to English only. It switches to Chinese randomly and is annoying as hell. -As usual with any public entertainment, there will be screaming and shouting everywhere. -Some of the PCs have mouses that randomly stop working every 5 min...Also, these mouses have a button that can turn off the mouse where you place your palm.. -Not a whole lot of games unless that only applies to the standard area fee.

I'm white and I feel like most places I go to like this I get treated very differently, however #17 was amazing. The staff was nice and very helpful getting me set up for the first time visit. Great atmosphere and the computers are phenomenal!! Good set up for lan parties or the solo gamer. The only downside are the low sitting chairs, so bring a pillow for your back if your going to stay for a long period of time. Parking is a little tricky for the location but is easy to find, and the skytrain makes it easier to access for people with no vehicles. Great place!!!

Fun place to have matches with friends. Prices are reasonable and connections work well. A few issues are that the computers languages are set to Chinese so you may have trouble logging into services if you don't know the language and that on some computers the on/off switch for the computer is in the way of mouse movement.
