I	Icy Chemical on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was 1:00pm, I had waited till 3:00pm to meet Dr. Chau Who gave me a frozen to remove a tooth. Right after the frozen procedure, , Dr. Chau went to make a phone call and left me in the room for another one hour. Very BAD experience.
m	mabel zhou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friend recommended me to this dental office ..... my appointment was yesterday (07 August 2019) ..... after dr yang fixed my teeth ...everything seems fine . When I and home I found a needle from my clothes . The big needle fell off from my clothes and it really scared the hell of me .... if that needle hurt me without any notice or if it fell off and I didn’t find out and my infant boy or toddler boy took it and eat it ..... can’t imagine the pic .....it’s really horrible ... when I called them about this .... what they said it’s they usually take my chest as a table and the needle just fell off from my chest and didn’t notice that ... the the big needle just followed all the way to home ..... this is what they told me .... this is the most ridiculous excuses ever in my life ....nothing else they give back to me ,,,not even apologized .....
S	Sabine Tonke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with an appointment for a molar implant. I had a recommentation from a former very good patient. My appointment was at 1.30 pm. I was in time and I learnt it, will take another hour waiting time. I cam back after 45 min and then I was told I would have to wait another hour! I can't say anything about the doctor, but the administration is a disaster! I took 3 hours off from work and got trouble with my clients. THIS is no service. They were not able to text or call me about the delay. 4 other people left with me fed up waiting. Why the hell are this clinic making appointments if they can't keep them. I lost a working day and a customer of mine. Not a nice experience!
M	MyNew GmailAccount on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Limited Parking Space, Very busy Doctor, even after appointments I have to wait for hours, and DR Chau don’t give much time to his patients just his technicians take care of the Patients. I am very disappointed with the Service. And if I try to make the Phone calls it always goes on a voice message. If someone making an appointment then should not wait more then 20 minutes, rest you guys can judge of your own.
S	Surabhi Pradhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work welll WHEN they're there. Dr. Chau himself is gone for several months throughout the year. If you're looking to get long term treatment done by him look somewhere else. It's been 2 years since I've had braces put on and he has been absent aproxomately 6 times (resulting in 6 months being wasted since the other dentists can't make changes to the alignment). Wait time is insufferable with up to 2 hours long. Parking is limited which causes people to block other cars in. Receptionist is hard to understand/not organized. For such a busy clinic they sure don't care about how the services are being delivered.
t	tanya verma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to get my braces from DR. CHAU after 1 yr of rigorous visits to pretty much every dentist and Ortho in brampton/Mississauga. Not only were the rates extremely high I didn't feel confident with anyone but Dr. Chau. He made me extremely comfortable from the getgo and is very experienced he tells u what he can and can't do and provides realistic expectations. As a 26 year old girl in the prime of her career I was very conscious about my look after getting them on. Many doctors said 2-3 years and they would have to remove 4 teeth (money scheme) yet doctor chau said he would only remove 2 top teeth and it would take 1.5 years. His rates were affordable and he is invested in you. Having said that my braces timeline and cost was cut in half. I paid and now I began my treatment. Yes there is that odd day u may have to wait a bit more than necessary but on average in 1 yr and 3 months most of my appointments were on time. All my apps were booked with Amy highly recommend her. She remembers you and she ensures she provides u with realistic timelines. Highly recommend not to go anywhere else.
G	Gord C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chau has been my dentist for over 20 years. He looked after my teeth while I went through chemo and radiation treatments in 2016. Even with the damage caused by cancer radiation I still have my own teeth and eat everything at the tender age of 88. That should tell me how good he is. Dr. Chau is very very skilled and kind. There is always a long wait line in his clinic because people like to go to him and his associate dentists. I don't mind the wait. The waiting room is not uncomfortable. I just take a good book.His staff, including the office ladies, dental hygienists are very professional and friendly too. I don't think I can find any better dentist. than Dr. Chau.

I have lots of positives including friendly staff, lower prices since I didn't have a dental plan for over 12 years, and my teeth are still okay. My daughter required braces and there was an over-correction in which that episode still haunts her today. Yes, there are issues with limited parking and an overbooked schedule. Overall, that's why I'm giving a 4-star rating.
