★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt very disappointed with the hr team as they don't respect the applicants applying for jobs. They denied my application before verifying my credentials and giving me a chance to provide legit documents. Canada is facing driver shortage for about 3 years now but companies still dont hire deserving candidates and then complain about not getting drivers. Lastly, westcan should improve their hiring process and team to bring more drivers and diversity in the company.
