★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional during the entire process. There were numerous problems that they did not take responsibility for, problems like loosing my wedding pictures, and I didn't get any photos until 6 months after the wedding. I still don't have all of the images I ordered but I got so tired of trying to get them that I settled for what I could get. I also got tired of the harassment received when I would ask for my pictures.
The quality of the photos themselves were ok, but there are a lot of images where the subject or a key part of the overall image is cut off. We incorporated cars into our photo shoot, but don't have a single picture where the car isn't somehow cut off.
Overall the quality of the photos and the finished products aren't worth the rude behaviour and the length of time you have to wait to get your pictures.
