★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never showed up for the appointment I scheduled for maintenance on my gas stove. After waiting 5 hrs and realizing he wasn’t showing up I gave up.
Update: my furnace just broke and it’s Durands brand they specialize in, so Ive called them in to hopefully make it up to me. The owner showed up in 5 min. apologized for past no show and had reasonable excuse. He definitely knew what he was doing, and was quick and courteous.

Kevin came within the hour and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help us in in our time of need. I Would highly suggest Durand and will be using them for all of my future calls.

The staff were professional, friendly and informative (and tidy). They were flexible and made suggestions since sometimes my wants outstretched reality. The work and finishing were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just wished I had used them on other previous renovations. Thank you Durand Heating and Cooling on a job very well done.
