Also convenient that you dont mention that i contacted you 10 days after she had gone to visit your establishment where she stayed for 6 days, also that it does not show the fact that she also is loosing alot of her fur from mange which we are treating, my dog does not go to school, and is very well looked after by my husband and i, she has been to other very clean kennels in the past with no issues, so for you to put blame on us is rediculous, also to note that when i called i was informed that ours was not the only dog affected yet you still didnt offer any money back or towards treatment. Maybe looking after peoples loved ones( pets as you called them) is not a good idea and i hope someone will look into this further. And as i said your place smells of fecies and you informed me that you where in the process of bleaching because of the calls, maybe had you been doing so to begin with you wouldnt have people contacting you on behalf of their beloved family members. Again i would not recommend anyone take their animal, pet, loved one to you ever.

I appreciate the slow pace allowing my dog time to think and learn in a positive environment always geared for what is best for my pup. I look forward to years of both obedience and agility training at this facility as I seek to improve and compete.

My beloved beagles (Siri and Psyche) are now buried in my garden but they pulled me off my feet when I bought them to stay at K9 Komfort Inn. My second set of beagles (Rosemary and Joy) have been there for a month and got through the kennel cough crisis with flying colours. They get better care there from the loving experts than from me. My dogs LOVE K9Komfort Inn and so do I. They will spend Christmas there as usual, They have stayed there since they were puppies. I have had wonderful care of my dogs from 2004 to the present! BLESS K9 Komfort Inn!!!

Would not bring him anywhere else! Mark was very helpful with giving us tips and tricks for training our new family member. Thanks guys!
J	Justin Gem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it sickening that a place meant to keep pets safe would introduce them to harm in any way. Then lie and claim that I'm a delinquent owner. Sickening treatment of my animals which I have no idea how to help as I've been given 0 information on how my dog was harmed in a "comfortable" place. Never leave your pets here, for their wellbeings sake. It was a family members pet that was left in your care and I care for that animal as if it's my own. It was definitely mistreated in your care. I can see that the owner of the dogs post was taken down so I'm posting on their behalf.
J	Joseph Toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dirty kennel that runs with the motto "it's normal for dogs to get sick at kennels" sorry guys but in 4.5 years of my dogs going to boarding facilities they have never left sick or in such a hurry. You take no responsibility for the unhygienic state of your kennel and if a dog leaves sick that's 'normal' to you, or you tell the owner that they likely sent their dogs in sick. Will never be back - and hope that other potential clients can make an educated decision by either the true and negative reviews that are on here regarding your kennel - or for themselves when they show up to the facility and see the poor and unhygienic state in which it's run.

Owners never asked if he had the kennel cough shot so guess what happened after he was there for two days. Had a hard time finding it as it was multiple km onto a private property with a terrible gravel driveway that couldn’t fit two cars - as we found out the hard way. We finally arrive and it smells horrible, we check in and see where our dog will be staying and there is feces all over his area. She said she didn’t have time to get to it and we did not see any other employees there. She had no problem telling us to take our dog elsewhere even though we were on our way to our destination and had no back-up options. Obviously it was more work than they could handle for many reasons. When we came to pick our dog up no one was in the office so we tried calling... honked our car horn and eventually had to knock on the windows of the owners house... very unprofessional and needless to say our dog was very happy to be leaving that place. Would never recommend to anyone who loves their pets.
