★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously great service. They were super busy but helped us immediately with flat tire, took 20 minutes. Richard was super friendly, suggested a great place to eat and drove us there while our car was being worked on. I only wish we had this level of service in the 'big city:.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Was here on vacation and got a flat tire. The guy here with Integra tire got me in really quick and even cut off my lugnut key for me to get the tire off. Did a permanent patch and fixed a previous patch done by a different garage that was done poorly. Got our family back home safe on short notice! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small town living but big city professionalism! If you need auto repair anywhere in the Columbia valley you better make sure you go to K-5 Mechanical!! My car broke down in the middle of summer and nobody would take a look at it for up to 2 weeks :O ! K-5 however was courteous, generous and understanding enough to know that I couldn't drive home (to Victoria) unless I had a car fixed. They managed to take me in upon learning this and despite having a fully stocked schedule worked overtime to ensure that I had an operating vehicle again. I can't guarantee they will be able to do this for anyone but the customer service they provided was phenomenal and in no way can be understated! In addition to that, they provided fantastic rates, and went above and beyond to ensure that other areas of my vehicle were operating in tip top shape. Richard and the team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and more than capable to handle anything that comes their way. Thanks again K-5, I'll be sending everybody I know their way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our rad blow up on us just outside of Invermere, luckily some locals stopped and recommended K-5 they got us on our way the next morning. We ended up having a fuel line fail on us a couple days later without a second thought I brought it to K-5 and I was given the same great service. Once again they fit me in and gave me same day service. These guys are solid in my books.

when I brought the car in, without appointment , at 16h00 one day and had it fixed by next morning ( new alternator ). Thank you Richard ! Best service, great price. The only place to go to if you have any issues with your car!
