β β β β β The staff here are great. I came here to celebrate my boyfriendβs birthday. I originally booked 3 rooms and they were kind enough to upgrade one of our suites into the sky suite and it was amazing. 10/10. They have a lot of entertainment here and itβs 24/7. You wonβt get bored or tired in here. I will be back~

β β β β β Nice common areas within the hotel. It is very big and some floors cannot get to others. Staff were great showing us where to go. We went for an audition for my daughter but didnβt stay so I cannot comment on room quality.

β β β β β Customer service was horribly lack Lustre. Everything took crazy long. An hour for food. 45 just for to get a menu. The room was nice.. aqua lounge very below expectations. Nothing was simple or easy and we had one of the most expensive suites and spa services for 3 girls. Bride spent half the time on the phone figuring out credit card. We were given nothing but stress. We were treated like a burden and no one seemed to know what was going on or what policy is. I am not one to complain but have to say.. will not recommend and will not come back.

β β β β β We booked Parq for our wedding accommodation and would definitely recommend. Ahmet was fantastic to work with and helped us book rooms. The bridal party got ready in a suite that was absolutely gorgeous! It was a corner unit with amazing views and perfect lighting for the photographer. They were also able to accommodate all our special requests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

β β β β β The staff in the hotel are fantastic, they will do anything for you. The hotel and the rooms are very good and would have got 4 or 5 star rating from me. I did not rent a car this trip - so maybe my issue - the Sports bar was closed Monday and Tuesday - so the one place i could have watched Leaf Game perhaps got a burger was closed - No coffee shop and only coffee in room was espresso - and no coffee shop close by without getting in a car - Room service - was only option - i think the location is difficult without a car - so Uber - was only option 20 bucks out and 20 back to do anything
Other than the restaurants it would have been 4 or 5 stars

β β β β β Beautiful hotel with really top-notch service in the lobby and every other part of the hotel. The on site restaurants are good for a hotel, and the rooms are really great. We stayed here in an executive suite, and the layout was awesome, and it was very comfortable all the way through. The location is not downtown, which we knew and it was good to explore along the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again, beautiful property.

β β β β β The hotel has a wide variety of services and excellent guest services. It also provides great food in its restaurants. The rooms are nice, but there are a few things that you would expect from a five star hotel. The toilet paper is rough.... You would expect something friendlier. The room's have inconsistent water pressure in the shower and there was only 1 bed sheet. These little details make you wonder if they really comply with thorough checks of their rooms once in a while.
The hotel location is excellent and the views are unmatched.
If I ever stay again, I will check the shower and sheets right away, and probably bring my own toilet paper...

β β β β β Had a great stay here around Halloween. Great room. Great location. I especially appreciated the security checking room cards prior to the elevator. And since the club lounge was closed due to COVID, you were able to order your breakfast the night before and have it delivered. Very nice touch! β₯
A month prior I had stayed at a different hotel nearby, where the room was about the same price, and had a much worse experience with the room and the service. Will be coming back! β₯
