Update: Still one of my favorite go to pet stores, prices are very competitive and product is fresh. Justin's is a great supporter for small business that make products for pets, as well as helping out the Northumberland Humane society. Justin's has seniors days twice a week, and who doesn't like to save money, they also still do deliveries to certain areas.

The employees always have a good energy and are pleasant to be around. You can tell they care about and enjoy what they do.
Refreshing atmosphere and has my repeat business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is too much trouble for these folks. It's Seniors' Day every day which makes a difference with two big dogs. They even put up with me doing a bit of dog training when they made a delivery. One more opportunity for pup to engage with people when opportunities were slim. If they don't have it, they will do what they can to get it. Excellent service throughout the lockdowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my kitten and we had an amazing experience! Staff are rediculously Friendly and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend checking it out. They love seeing pets coming in too! I know I'll be going back when I need more stuff for my pets.

I also like that they support our local Humane Society by donating items and being involved in fundraising events for the shelter.
