We had 3 of your PSW and each of them went above and beyond to engage and help my family, from accomodating my Dad's different moods to make him laugh while helping exercise. Elizabeth our case coordinator is always on top of things, checking that everything goes smoothly and ensuring we are always on the loop for communication and changes. Its been a pleasure dealing with the whole team.

On both occasions, the JLF team took the time to get to know our family and delivered on the goals we created to help get my dad through his recovery from surgery. Very thorough and caring company.
