This after the management has promised to never allow this to happen again. This after the CEO of LHIN promised us , this would never happen again . Angry . vulgar "coordinators " answering the phone and telling us we have to change the patient on our own , and then just hanging up as you are speaking . I am stunned at how this company was awarded a contract to deal with the general public in any capacity . LET ALONE HEALTH CARE !!!! Their Motto is " Get the Care you need when you Need it " !!!! Laughable as this has been an ongoing issue for months with this company . I will be contacting Doug Fords office Monday to ask how contracts are awarded to companies who are obviously getting paid handsomely but just can`t seem to deliver on their promises . Disgraceful ... No Stars

They send someone that is very ruff with with they dont have any repect they come in and rush out they get payed for that. This year the SRT are are really poorly this year pear to three year agono compasion what so ever

They don't do anything but assist me bathe and leave had to get them to document rhat I need help w laundry, dishes and vacuuming along w bathing ... Omo, Dada, Darlene And Danielle are all very ignorant disrespectful and entitled ... I'm not old and have health issues that prevent me from remembering things or advocating for myself and my disability I stand up and say something. Yesterday when I called the coordinator to complain that the psw decided to ask me to cancel when that made ko sense as I need help, I wa son hold for 12 mi Today when I combined about no psw all weekend helping w me w anything Darlene cut me off was disrespectful told me I had attitude (even so I am rightfully mad I'm not getting to support I require from the company whose supposed to do their job as psw) she told me she had to go. Yet yesterday I was sitting on hold for so long and they refused to answer the phones They are lousy and horrible at their jobs. And don't like when someone tells them about themselves when they neglect their medical duties. I'll be reporting and due to the fact they don't communicate w u nor have consistent psw work I'll have to file a suit against srt for this. This is dangerous and I have a plethora of witnesses to attest to how poor I was treated and the verbal abuse that takes place when complaining about not getting the help u deserve

They are always short of staffing. I don't need to hear their issues. Why is this Agency still in business. Who do they answer to. It sounds like a crew of coordinators who don't answer to any one. There must be a manager they should answer to. Who runs this business. Sounds like nobody. When my wife was put in palative care from St. Joseph hospital they make it sound so good and everything will be ok. The patient is to have the best of care. MAKE HER COMFORTABLE THEY SAY. WHAT A CROCK OF ####. One day it may be your loved one. BE CAREFUL. Following up on other reviews I have the same issues. Poor service and lack of service. How can they cash their paychecks. How do you get paid for doing nothing. And to top this off nobody will get back to me .

It needs to be known that when I went to your home I did the very best that I could to help you. I was kind & did exactly what you needed me to do. There are certain things a PSW cannot do! We are not nurses!! The time that I arrived was confirmed & approved by you! I asked you if there was anything else that I could help you with before I go as I always do! This was a 45 minute visit & I stayed the 45 minutes. SRT has many, many PSW’s that want to help our clients, we want to do the best we can because we actually do care. The problem here is NOT with SRT or the PSW’s. We are human as well & trying to help our clients while dealing with burn out & overwhelming stress. We need to be KIND TO EACH OTHER!!!!!!

Can count their staff, who know how to do the pull-ups or diaper. My mom’s diaper will get wet in few minutes. LHIN is paying SRT or SRT is paying LHIN. LHIN is also will just listen to SRT’s rubbish and tell us the story. Some co-ordinator even tell us to find a different agency. Many rude co-ordinators, to be particular LISA is the rudest and worst coordinator with full of attitude and neglect. Never ready to listen. The best PSW we ever had, NATASHA SINGH. No PSW was like her. Really wish all the PSWs’ are doing their job just like Natasha. Some psw not even ready to correct the mistakes of ever mention it. So after trying everything, have talked to MPP . Hoping that they willl do something.
