★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment to get an estimate, which they offer. They phoned me to cancel and rebook the next day, okay that’s fine. The next day I heard nothing. I phoned them and was told they’d look into it and phone me back, heard nothing.. got a text at the end of their “2 hour window” asking me to send photos rather than them showing up to give me an estimate. I did that and then heard nothing from them at all. Obviously they are completely unreliable, look elsewhere.
