★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really amazing experience with the shop.My vehicle was dropped off at the shop for some repair work after a minor accident.I was traveling for holidays and the associate Brian was really helpful and accommodating as he made sure that I can drop the vehicle on the Christmas day.
I had a medical emergency during my holidays and hence I had to postpone my trip back to Edmonton and the shop was accommodating and empathetic about my situation.My vehicle was crystal clean after the repairs.I am grateful for the wonderful service offered by both Brian and Lola and I am thankful that my insurance chose Herbers for the work.
Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was great. I was supposed to have my vehicle repaired at the South location but they are fully booked and cannot take me in. They suggested I go to the north location because they have an opening. Glad I did. They called me right away and book me in the following week. I was told they will have my sunroof/moonroof repaired in a day, but had to pick it up the following day. Timing was an issue. But still works out fine. When I came to pick up my car, was so happy to see it looking great inside and out. All clean and shiny. Thanks to Brian who has been sending me updates about the car and all the staff that worked my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received great service from Lola and Brian! My car was repaired quickly and done very well - like it never happened! Lola coordinated everything for the rental and insurance which made everything stress free. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car which was such a nice surprise when I picked it up! I definitely recommend this shop and I will continue coming for any future repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service. This was the second time I had the pleasure of getting my SUV fixed at Herbers north. The staff are always friendly and thorough. I was expecting to pick up my vehicle Friday, but it was ready 2 days sooner. The team even cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me! (Any mom of 3 could understand what a treat that is). Thanks guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the repairs done on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and had my car done when they said it would be done. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Hopefully I will not have any more accidents and require body work, but if I do, I will not go anyplace else! Thank you so much for making the process so easy and stress free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herbers did an amazing job on my vehicle after it was hit twice in the span of a week. It looks like a new vehicle! They even washed my car and tidied the interior!
Lola at the front desk was so pleasant, efficient and very easy to get a hod of. She handled everything with the insurance company and setting up a rental vehicle for me.
All the staff I worked with was very kind and easy going.
I definitely recommend getting work done on your vehicle there!

When I picked my car up from my bumper replacement, the interior and exterior of the car was really clean! I am very impressed and will highly recommend them to anyone!
