★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a cold call that offered to share with me "three simple strategies on how we could improve our marketing." I said that I was interested to hear their pitch but when I showed up for the meeting I actually expected to hear three simple strategies on how we could improve our marketing. First, the meeting invite never arrived. Then the cold caller rang me again at the meeting time, got my updated email information, and I joined the web meeting. False start, no worries. Once I was on the web meeting, Talena started trying to build report. I explained I was happy to hear their pitch but I expected them to deliver on their promise of three simple strategies to help me improve my marketing as a first step. She kept peppering me for details about our company without at any time following through on their offer. As a security-conscious company, I do not share information about our company/clients/tech stack until I understand who I am sharing those details with. When I was unwilling to share details about the internals of our company she abruptly told me that this isn't a call she wanted to have and ended the web meeting. It was shockingly rude and I am frankly furious that I took the time out of my day to hear their pitch. What an unbelievably nasty way to do business.

I remember the interview process being rather thorough, however, it's because they are looking for top notch, highly motivated individuals who align with their core values.
Another bonus is Jumpfactor's hyper focus in the B2b market, specifically MSPs. This has allowed us to really niche down and drive fantastic results for our clients, which is extremely fulfilling!
