We always worry we'll drop into that store where sales clerks follow you around and you feel so forced to buy something or just leave. At Julia's Bridal they gave just the perfect amount of help, and then left us alone to talk things out in between. The best part of our day was about 10 mins after we left, they called us to say one of the dresses we were seriously looking into was actually 50% off! Hell of a deal and it was super nice of then to call and let us know. Overall, great experience and I recommend!

e	ellen viero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to shop for a prom dress for my daughter. Place was very crowded with so much stock, hard to see any of the dresses there were so many crammed in. Staff were not around to help, suggested she change in bathroom because both change rooms were busy. She found a dress she liked but was way too big, saleslady didn’t offer to clip it so she could see. Said she couldn’t order it, but to call on Monday to ask (not sure why). When I asked how they would know which dress, if there was a style number or how they would know which one, the woman became extremely rude, accused me of taking photos, even after I told her I had not taken any. She snapped at me saying if she wanted me to have the dress style number, she would have given it to me… weird considering the place down the street encouraged us to take pic of tags, and offered to write down the style numbers of the dresses for us. I was really insulted, I felt attacked and my daughter and I left angry and upset. Needless to say, will never recommend this store to anyone. Was supposed to be a fun day for my daughter and I, and we would have respected their policies if they were communicated to us.

The staff were so friendly, patient and extremely helpful in assisting us to choose the right dress. They provided us with options for alterations and made my daughter very comfortable during the process. My daughter is thrilled with her new dress!! Thanks to the wonderful ladies who helped! appreciate your support!

The staff was so helpful and could not do enough for us, however not in a pushy, uncomfortable way. They were very friendly and we had so much fun with them. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this store and these ladies to anyone trying to find formal wear.
