We had spoken to other realtors and chose Julia because of her no nonsense approach and her obvious hard work attitude. Julia we felt was truthful, didn't want to waste anyone's time and knew her stuff. Julia got our house professionally photographed and put out a video on social media the same day, she also provided us advise on how to show our home and has a detailed eye for esthetics, in our case she didn't stage our home but she does provide this to her client's and if you've ever been thru any of the Lacey show homes, she has a big part in decorating the homes for show. She makes you feel at ease during what can be a stressful time and ALWAYS gets back to you quickly with any questions. We would most definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home!
