There was not one question that Judy didn’t answer! The information she provided were more than enough, even for my husband! We found the best buyer for our property, then we decided to buy our new house with her, which was another great experience in our house hunting. I can’t say enough of her professionalism and patience in our real state buy and sell experience! Thank you Judy for all your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't do better than Judy, when you're selling a property in Blueridge - or anywhere in Seymour. She has an excellent memory, and knows everything about the area, including minute details about every house she's ever been in. Judy is organized and efficient, and goes out of her way to market your house in the smartest manner possible. She sold our Blueridge house in two weeks, in a *very* tough (2019) market, then turned around and searched high and low until she found me the perfect house, negotiating to get me the best possible terms and price. Her knowledge, experience, wisdom, character, energy, and attention to detail are second to none, and invaluable when you're selling *or* buying a house. She has all these five star reviews because she's earned them!
