★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful doctor very dishonest and a liar. Tells patients to only contact them if they are sick or if there is an issue with them. I waited a month complaining about ear pain and it became very infected when I went to a walk in clinic a month later. Doctor uses scare tactics to make sure patients wont come in and when they are actually sick they get worse because they are scared to come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Todd has been my doctor since I moved to Toronto 16 years ago from Vancouver! She has always been providing the utmost care with patient, kind, and understanding! She emails us the day before my daughter was supposed to go see her for a vaccination during this COVID-19 to say it would be safer to do it another time! Believe me I was scared to go! Dr. Todd again emails to say when it was safe to come in again! She goes above and beyond for us! We live out in Brooklin ( north of Whitby) and she had mentioned that she was ok if we had to go see another doctor! How gracious is that?! I have never thought about seeing any other doctor but Dr. Todd. She listens and never rushes❤️
