★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Judy has helped me more than words can ever describe. I started my work with her knowing my past had its shadows but unsure of how to proceed. Panic attacks were stopping me from being able to work. I was not able to be angry without a level of violence or self harm. She was my guide as I set all the pieces of myself together in a positive way.
Judy helped me through the sadness and pain of infertility and into the world of parenthood and all the roller coaster turns that my children have presented me with.
As I continue to work with Judy she helps me to find triggers for the challenges I encounter so that I can make realistic steps to work through the issue instead of avoiding in hopes that problems will magically go away.
The journey of mental health has its hills and valleys but thankfully I have a guide helping me take steps to be the woman my daughters can not only rely on but will be able to use as a role model.

I would have never even imagined that I would have enough motivation or nerves to go back to school and set goals for myself.
