★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was paired with a "therapist" and found that once they pair you, there is no follow up. Even when we decided to leave because the sessions were useless, no one followed up. It's best to seek a referral from someone who had a good experience with their therapists. Trusting that the management will act in your best interest is a mistake. Please be aware these guys simply rent out rooms to any "therapist" that wants to rent. I place the word "therapist" in quotes because I also realized, much later that therapists are not a regulated profession in BC.
