★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best word to describe this apartment building is gross. It stinks of mold and mildew and is full of smokers. What it really needs is a new manager, one that is willing to do some cleaning of common areas, no extra cleaning is happening during covid. Elevators is disgusting dirty, as all the common entrances. Repair requests go ignored. So many things wrong here. Penny advertises a well maintained building and freshly painted suites but this a big lie. She promises repairs but it never ever happens.

However, was not lucky enough to get a spot as they “prioritize” old tenants who are coming back.
I was surprise that it looks neat and well maintained.
