โ โ โ โ โ Ive owned one of their houses for 7 years, bought it brand new. Located in Albion, in the Albion Terraces neighbourhood of houses.
Gord and his father are the head guys, John is their right hand man, all underqualified for their roles. Horrible builders, mostly young underskilled teenagers doing the builders work. My floors creak, my fence is crooked, my gate didnt shut after 2 months living there, built by no skill neighbour kid who works for gord. The carpet needed restretching after only a few months. The roof was missing shingles, the paint job inside was appalling, there is a ton of paint drips on my siding from who knows what. Just a ton of issues with the build quality. Very poor quality. All cheapest appliances, flooring, and skilled labour. For the deficiencies they send john, bad attitude john. He came to regrout my shower and did a terrible job, he made an extreme mess and still i had to get a real tile guy in to do a proper job.
In all, they are doing the work the cheapest with underskilled soo called tradesmen.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PROBLEMS, there is alot better builders in maple ridge
