I rated this 1 star, only because there is no lower score. This man sold the trailer I was buying out from underneath me. Agreed to his price, was arranging pickup, I called to confirm pickup 24 hours later and he sold my trailer to other people! Said he is very busy, not sorry, no email or phone call. Absolute worst service ever from anyone, wouldn’t even recommend this place to people I hate!

Phoned this guy up told him I was 50min away . I specifically said I wanted a ez loader. Said it was there in stock . Perfect I'm on my way .....get there ...no ez loader trailer ..an he's trying to tell me he sold it earlier In the day an here's another one by Karavan if interested . I said I specifically wanted the ezloader ...after I got shrugged off so he could go deal with someone else ....I phoned a buddy of mine an he said he had the exact same experience with him ...if gets a couple people hired to run his business for him , he might do better with the honesty from others .....just my 2 cents worth which means nothing these days

Jack makes very nice bunks for boat trailers and sells all the parts you need to keep your 15+ year old ez loader like new. Anyone who's made their own bunks before knows it's tedious, time consuming and easy to mess up. For wake boat trailers with multiple sets of 2x6 bunks it can easily turn into an all day job. Took me 30 minutes to put his new bunks on which included taking my old ones off.

This is my first ever online review because I always feel like I don't have the time or couldn't be bothered to write one. However, the level of customer services, or lack thereof, Jack provides needs to be shared. I spoke with Jack on the phone to confirm that he had the single sled trailer in stock that I was interested in. He told me how great these new Marlon trailers were for sleds and that they are going to go very quickly, so if I wanted one, to come and pick it up. We arranged a time for me to come as I live an HOUR away. When I showed up, the Superglide tracks (tracks the skis are suppose to sit on) seemed too far apart. He assured me they weren't, but I wanted to get a measurement before purchasing the trailer. Sure enough, they were too far apart and the skis would slide and sit on the aluminum between the tracks. He told me he could fix it, but it would take a couple of hours and he couldn't do it that day so I would have to come back... I just drove an hour to get there and now have to drive an hour to get back home so I asked him if he could reduce the price as I am now out my time and gas money for driving to and from, and would have to do the drive again to come pick the trailer up. He said that it wasn't his fault and that he would definitely not reduce the price of the trailer as I could take it as is. Jack, heres a free tip: if you want to run a successful business, start by treating your customers with respect. You knew I had to drive an hour to get there and didn't at all care that the product you were selling wasn't right for its purpose. Grow up and take some ownership. Reply to his comment: Yes, Jack, you did say those things. Also, since I decided there was no way I was going to buy anything from you I found other dealers that ALL came in at way better pricing. I recommend that anyone looking for brands that Jack carries to look for anther dealer. He increases the price and isn't even willing to reduce it when he screws up.

Great prices. Local. Friendly. Hassel free. Covid safe! Just bought the trailer I was looking for. If I ever need another I would definitely go back. 10/10!

Jack was straightforward and professional. Was very clear about stock levels, expected turnaround, and deposit info. Trailers look well put together and accessories (locks, tie downs, etc) were readily available at time of purchase.

Great place and great experience. Jack knew exactly what I needed and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to purchase the trailer, get a new ball hitch, new electrical adapter and with a short trip to get a plate and insurance all within 2 hours.... Fantastic. No problems recommending and supporting this local small business.
