N	N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy from these people, they don’t keep any records of their transactions of cellular devices. So you have no protection whatsoever once they decide that they want to blacklist the phone that they sold you three months earlier. Or maybe they just buy stolen property.
K	KeVIn SLaTT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngl the customer was pretty good and the guys who work there were so friendly and helpful and had a good sense of humor.These guys are fr some trust worthy professionals.I went to their store to buy an iPhone 13 pro from them and I love how they pay attention to the little details such as packaging and presentation and also give me their own custom receipt of some sort and threw in a free screen protector for the phone.Good looks???

They don’t know how to fix phones so when they give it back to you saying they can’t fix it, they do more damage so other shops can’t fix either. I’ve taken 2 different phones to shop and both times they blamed somebody else had gone in and opened the phone. Both phones were bought directly from the carrier on a plan. How can somebody could’ve gone into the phone? There are many shops in that plaza. You’re better off going to any of those but avoid JP Wireless. They quote a low price to bring you in but won’t fix your phone.

Other stores were trying to charge me double to have my s10+ device screen replaced, while JP kept his word and was very fast with his services. I recommend anyone who needs a device, accessory or screen repaired to visit JP wireless. Thank you!
