This property was the third that we had looked at together in a tough market so im really happy we were able to make this deal happen, Joy was willing to go to these properties and send me pictures & give her expert opinion on the sale while i was not in the area to do so, this is what sealed the deal so im thankfull she was around and happy to help.
Even after the purchase Joy was still helping me find local trades people to help out on some work i needed
I will be using her services again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joy was incredible! Buying during a time of low inventory means you need to move quick. With Joy, we were able to close our deal in just over 3 weeks. From pulling permits at City Hall, to driving around to open houses, Joy did it all. Never once did we feel pressure like with other agents. Joy was successful in neogotiating for a below-asking price sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Joy or work with her in the future.

We contacted her several times after the sale completed to ask her about the community or tradespeople and she has always been helpful. We feel that Joy did not disappear from our lives as soon as the sale was over - she has continued to be a valuable resource. She is also a lovely person. We highly recommend her!
