Although we loved this house, there were many challenges in owning it. In our case, the yearly raise in the condo fees, and the on-going special assessments, it is becoming inequitable to our family. Despite these, Josh was able to effectively communicate and negotiate to the buyer on our behalf. At the end, we have successfully sold it. Selling and buying a new home can be very daunting. Josh was very attentive to our needs.
