I am an out of town buyer and I had the pleasure to work with Annie! Her understanding of the market, her attention to detail and her engaging personality are just few of her traits that made my transaction organized and smooth. She explained all the details that we needed and answered all our questions promptly. See, it's a little more complicated as I am not from Calgary but she made it happen. From connecting me with lawyers, builders, etc! This is not my first time in real estate so I know how it's stressful this process can be. She was so fast and efficient throughout the entire process, not only did she manage to get us in to view every home we wanted to see in this crazy market, she got us the house we wanted even with multiple offers!! She had our home sold in a week and got all dates to line up perfectly! She has been the best and made this so easy for us! I highly recommend her to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agent is representing the owners of the house I rent. We have the lease until the end of the month and have lived here 2 years. We allowed him to schedule a time to send a photographer over to take pictures of the home. a hour before the scheduled time my cousin was over and she dropped to the ground and we had to call a ambulance. His response was he can get us evicted in 7 days (how we have till March 31st?) and to move her out of the way for the photos!!! what kind of person is this. The photographer was a wonderful lady and very understanding. She didnt even want to express what Mike was saying to her. All he wants is his commission and the home sold while we still live here. I would never recommend this person to anyone for anything. That is absolutely ridiculous behavior. If it was his wife or 3 children in the same position, I hope he would of reacted differently.
