I've work for jolicoeur in the past and let me tell you they never change all the carpet since i was always working whit the delivery guy and yes they will scam you on your contract !!!!!!!!

Go hired there a few years back "note that I left my previous job to go with them" After maybe 3 days, they tell me they hired to many and had to cut off some people, since I was the last in, I was first out... But during training I could already see poor management and poor customer service.. They don't care about their employees or their customer, there are many better options out-there.

Be careful of these crooks. Bunch of liars. We have signed with them for carpets. The agreement says that they should come to replace the carpets every two weeks. The first time they came was after two months. We have called at least ten times and no one answers. Very rude costumer service. All they want is to rob you, no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. THE WORST COMPANY IN QUEBEC.

I don't recommend!! Hi I'm sharing with you the total disregard towards the client I ever had. I'm not talking about the deliver Guys, they are amazing, I'm talking about the administration team. I've sent an email customer service, to [email protected], Called them, and nothing at all. Even when I called in April the messaging box was still set for the holidays and I never get a call back in any means!

The irony of the customers complaining that the drivers need to be vaccinated, then coming here to shout about terrible service sums up the last 2 years. Refused to disclose any medical information resulted in no job. Prejudice from the top trickles down to the client. Good luck on your next 100 years, it’s gonna be rough.
