The physicians are really knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. You have a better chance of getting a "sans Rendez-vous" appointment if you are followed by a family physician there, however, the appointments ALWAYS run late!!! Bring a good book to distract yourself from looking at your watch!

The absolute worst reception table in the history of clinics! I was told that they were full when I was the very first person there! They were only taking family doctor appointments. When the receptionist came down the elevator to take up patients, she told us they were full and that we should have made the appointment on their website. So after being told that we have the option to NOT wait an hour in the lobby of the building trying to be the first ones, I went home feeling defeated. I've been trying to get appointments with any clinic for the last 3 weeks but places are full before they accept calls or walk-ins. So I wanted to give the internet option a try. Guess what. She lied to us. It is only available to family doctor patients. So me not having a family doctor, I have zero chance at getting the medical help I need! Don't go here if you don't have a family doctor here. Actually, just don't go here at all. This clinic pushed me to the edge of my patience.

Best Doctor, worst receptionist in the history of receptionists. this woman should never be allowed to deal with the public. I truly believe she hates her job. no empathy, no manners, not a hint of a smile. to top it off, she makes you feel that you are begging for charity every time you ask her a question. I don't know what her problem is, but I hope for her sake that whatever it is, she find a cure for it. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

It's the worst clinic I've ever been to. I had an appointment with my doctor there and wasn't able to make it to my appointment because of some urgent personal issue. When I called them to cancel my appointment they said that I'll be penalized for the cancelation and had to pay 30$! I'm never going back to that clinic ever again.

Excellent customer service and very nice doctors. This centre priorities who ever have a family doctor that practices at the same centre, so if you don't expect long waiting hours. If you do have a family doctor you are lucky because this place is very well equipped, expertise wise. Dr Audrey Forget is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is very talented and carring. Overall staff will definitely do whatever they can to help you out.

There used to be a tiny spot to breastfeed. Now it gone. They added another changing table. There is no place to breastfeed unless you sit in the waiting room where everyone else is....the sliding door that keeps opening is very annoying. I have a toddler and an infant so it's hard to stop my little toddler from walking out the door. It's really not accessible for kids. Very cold place. Forget getting any emergency appointments many times I've called at 730 or 729 and it just keeps ringing and then they hang up on ur face. There are two secretaries who are kind and smile but the rest are really rude. My Dr is never on time I wait min 1 hour and once I'm with the Dr it's rush rush. I've expressed my thoughts but nothing's changed always the same story

The worst clinic I've ever been to and worst ever customer service. They always make you wait at least 1h30 even if you have an appointment. Once, I even waited 2 hours to realize at the end the receptionist didn't even marked in the system that I was there while I've registered with her when I arrived. When you ask her a question she literally makes you feel like you're begging her for the answer. I asked for my medical results to be sent to me by email, she sent me the wrong patient file! Then took another 3 days for her to send me a document that I had to sign and send back to her before she could actually send me the results. All along she was very rude and had absolutely no empathy and no manners, she shouldn't be working in customer service.

They always make you wait for your appointment without apologizing, but if you come even 10 mins late they charge you 30$ fees and they cancel your appointment. Not only the receptionists are rude and lifeless but the doctors are never available, you gotta wait months before you can see your doctor.
