Remarque constructive à noter à l'égard de la personne qui passe les commandes voici; s'il vous plaît, veuillez faire plus d'efforts pour les petits points de chaussures vous devez travailler à cet effet car lorsque je résidais l'Europe aucun soucis à ce propos. Je porte des orthèses depuis 33 ans alors vous êtes spécialisé dans la matière mais de grâce travailler en fonction de la jeunesse du soulier le look quoi.

 Excellent service from Mr. Paul Aubé what a sense of professionalism. Constructive remark to note with regard to the person who places the orders here; please, please make more efforts for the small points of shoes you must work for this purpose because when I resided in Europe no worries about it. I have been wearing orthotics for 33 years so you are specialized in the subject but please work according to the youth of the shoe the look what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions jusqu'ici eu un bon service à ce magasin. Malheureusement, nous sommes tombés sur un vendeur assez particulier lors de notre dernière visite. Nous allons à ce magasin puisqu'ils fait partie des rares magasins qui ont des souliers pour la problématique aux jambes et aux pieds de l'un des membres de ma famille. D'emblée, on indique avoir un dossier avec les tailles et la liste des achats historiques faits à ce magasin pour aider le vendeur. Celui-ci débute en disant : Vous avez vraiment les pieds très enflés madame. Ce à quoi elle répond poliment qu'elle le sait, que c'est la raison pour laquelle elle fait affaire avec eux. Le charmant personnage s'empresse de répondre «qu'il peut bien lui proposer quelque chose, mais que ça ne sera vraiment pas esthétique». Malgré une intervention polie de ma part pour indiquer que sa façon de s'adresser aux gens présentant des problématiques de santé n'était franchement pas idéale, qu'on savait très bien qu'elle avait un problème et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d'en ajouter, je me suis fait répondre « qu'il travaille depuis 35 ans dans le domaine et qu'il connaît ça». Bref, nous avons quand même acheté, car nous avions besoin. Cependant, nous ne retournerons pas chez vous.
We had so far had good service at this store. Unfortunately, we ran into a rather peculiar seller on our last visit. We go to this store because they are one of the few stores that have shoes for the problematic legs and feet of one of my family members. From the outset, we indicate that we have a file with the sizes and the list of historical purchases made at this store to help the seller. This one begins by saying: You really have very swollen feet madam. To which she politely responds that she knows, that is why she does business with them. The charming character hastens to reply "that he may well offer her something, but that it will really not be aesthetic". Despite a polite intervention on my part to indicate that her way of addressing people with health problems was frankly not ideal, that we knew very well that she had a problem and that he was not necessary to add, I was told "that he has worked for 35 years in the field and that he knows that". In short, we still bought, because we needed. However, we will not be returning to you.

Et je l'aie trouvé courtois et et vraiment gentil.
Très bon service de sa part.
I want to mention Friday before 3am that the jolan shoes advisor took the time to refer me some winter boots even though I did not make an immediate purchase.
And I found him courteous and and really nice.
Very good service from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvais service. Autant le service était excellent il y a quelques années: j’ai toujours acheté les souliers pour toute la famille à ce magasin. Je vais acheter une paire d’espadrille pour mon fils: il dit qu’ils sont trop petits et qu’ils lui font mal aux pieds. Le vendeur dit que dans quelques jours, à force de le porter, ca va etre correct et que s’il y a quelque chose, de les retourner. Ca ne se regle pas. 3 jours plus tard, on va les retourner: il ne veut pas les reprendre car ils ont été portés! Il nous dit quelque chose à la vente, et dit le contraire lorsqu’on va les reporter. On a acheté ailleurs. Pour nous, Jolan, c’est terminé!
Very bad service. As much as the service was excellent a few years ago: I always bought shoes for the whole family at this store. I am going to buy a pair of sneakers for my son: he says they are too small and they hurt his feet. The seller says that in a few days, by dint of wearing it, it will be ok and if there is anything, to return them. It doesn't settle. 3 days later, we will return them: he does not want to take them back because they have been worn! He tells us something on sale, and says the opposite when we go to postpone them. We bought elsewhere. For us, Jolan, it's over!
