★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve contacted John twice when we had issues with our water pump. Both times he responded immediately to start problem solving. The first time he suggested we change a part and — since he was busy at that moment — my husband picked up the part and gave him an update. John ultimately came over to fix the problem and charged a more than reasonable fee for his service and advice. The second time we called John was a Sunday morning at 7:30am when we woke up to no water. We thought we’d diagnosed the problem and John was able to confirm via pictures we sent. He also helped to get the pump going until we can buy the new part. John is ALWAYS our first call with any water-related problems.
