β β β β β Well normally I have nothing but good things to say about Joffre's Water. I lived in Stony for 10 years and even though I moved to the city now, I still drive out weekly to support their business and have my bottles filled by them... however I do have one complaint now. When covid first started, myself like everyone else was over worried and stocked up on a few things to save from having to make so many trips to stores... well I bought 6 extra water jugs. Now that things have calmed down, I wanted to return my 6 jugs because I really don't need 12... it turns out that they refuse to take back their own bottles. I'm very disappointed that I was not made aware of this decision in the beginning. I have never heard of a water company not taking their own bottles back. Especially if they're in perfect condition. So please be aware that you will not get your deposit back because it is NOT a deposit. You are buying the actual bottle itself. Very disappointing.

β β β β β I bring in 13 jugs on a commercial account for our employees in the yard. Rarely do we ever have to handle any of the jugs, and rarely am I ever there for longer than 5 minutes including paperwork. The attendants are top notch and put out quality service.
