Joey's World Family Indoor Playground

None of the children in the structure play area were wearing masks. Parents sitting in viewing area also not wearing a mask (nor eating or drinking). Staff does not enforce. Pretty sure mask mandates are still in place regardless of individual opinions. Your website notes that masks can be removed by guests only you’ve booked a private function, however I attended with my daughter and it was not a private event and no children were masked up nor their parents. I should also note that they were well above the age of the mask requirement. Disappointed and should be looked into.

Great place to keep the little one active and moving on the days when outside is just not a good option. The service is professional and the play area is kept very clean. Highly recommended for active and athletic kids.

Had a blast! Our 1 year old and 3 year old had non stop fun, so did my wife and I. We cant wait to come back and try the rock climbing. We were able to participate with our kids going throughout the obstacles. Great value for the money for entertainment for the whole family.

4 year old granddaughter has a great time every time we take her there. Can be busy on weekends though. Climbing wall in the toddler section is a great touch.

Very very bad and small playground for the price. It was very disappointing don’t go there waste of money. It should be better and bigger for that price. They moved/reduced during COVID so pictures from before 2019 were not correct. Oh, and it’s dangerous for kids because of the wooden pieces on the floor. (See pictures) Please don’t get your children and babies injured.

I purchased a private party package for my daughter's birthday and when we got there, there was another party sharing the party room. The employee was quick to approach me and stated, "there's currently a party in there but they'll clear out and then we'll open up the room to your party". While the kids were playing my guests noticed that there were other kids in there and approached me and asked me who the other kids were, I honestly didn't know but they weren't from our party, none of the staff notified the other people and their kids (from the axe throwing party) that this was currently a private party. Come 6:25pm I asked the one employee, "are the other party going to clear out so we have enough room for my party's guests?" And she said, "yes" and walked into the opposite party's room and looked flustered and then started grabbing some chairs and put them in our half of the room, then walked over to me and said, "I've pulled the divider over some to make more room for your party but there's not quite enough seats for all of the guests in the party room, by they can just sit out here in the play area, there's nothing wrong with that!" so some of your guests can sit out here in the play area" to which I said, "yeah but kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a private party..." Following the party I tried to reach out to Joey's World manager, I explained the situation and explained, that I'm not looking for a full refund, but because I didn't get a private party and my guests didn't even have enough seating in the room (some were sitting on the floor, some on window sills others standing), so I wanted a refund on the private party portion, I'd happily pay the semi-private, just not the private portion because it definitely was not a private party and it didn't accommodate my guests. The manager refused and stated that "I'm in now way trying to dismiss your concerns but what you received was a private party..." and refused to refund me for the portion of the private party. So buyer beware, don't purchase a private party package because you won't get a private party and they also will fail to tell you that you also won't get table coverings or any "Happy Birthday" signs because in spite of the blatant lack of details on their website, they don't provide any of that in the price and you will have to pay extra.

5 STARTS all the way! We just hosted a birthday party for our 7 yr old twins and had an amazing experience. Party room was decorated and set up for all 36 attendees, their employee Jordan who was on site during the event was a tremendous help. He was professional, attentive and very accommodating. Gord (owner), was very helpful while planning the event and was happy to answer any questions. This venue is a fun, safe, and secure place to party and or play. I highly recommend it for drop in play and or party planning. We will be back again very soon. Thanks Joey's World!

I’ve been going to Joey’s World since my son was a toddler. Great memories at the old location and new location. We decided to have his birthday party there and it was super! The kids had a blast. The parents enjoyed mingling. And the staff were super accommodating with the party room set up and any needs I had during the day. We are lucky to have this awesome indoor playground so close by.
