★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe helped us tremendously. He drove to Logan lake to meet us for a showing and when we were ready to make an offer he suggested making the offer a wee bit lower. After a bit of dickering with the seller we agreed upon a price. By my calculations Joe saved us about 5 grand which we put into upgrades. Too bad he is so far away from us now as we do plan to sell a house in the lower mainland sometime and then move up there permanently. We will then be buying a bigger house there and keep the one he helped us buy. We will use him again if he is willing to go that extra mile again. Ed

With the stress, anxiety and nerves etc. Joe was there with any phone call text email you name it.. maybe it’s the first time home buyer jitters but we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent!
