We just sold our house with Jaime and Leon. It was a very positive and enlightening experience. Right from the start we were confident that we were working with a knowledgeable and professional team. The marketing of our house was top notch-from the 100 plus visitors through our open house to the multiple media sources where our house was featured. We wound up in a multiple offer situation and Jaime and Leon helped us navigate this as well as the back up offer we received as we were working through the conditions of the first offer! All of this was happening as the market was in what many would call a slow market for luxury real estate. We feel very strongly that while we had a very good product Jaime and Leon really helped get our house ‘out there’ for potential buyers. I highly recommend Jaime and Leon! They both go above and beyond to make sure your sale and or buying experience goes smoothly. We sold and bought our homes through them and we loved how you deal only with them. We used a previous realtor last year and we only talked to her when we initially listed our house, after that we had our showings booked via her receptionist. This is my review about this dynamite duo and what you can expect (note they represented us as buyers and sellers). Contract management / wording - They went over the received offers to purchase with you line, by line to make sure nothing was missed. And back-up offers were worded to protect my interests! Time management – Key in a hot real estate market! Create To-Do-Lists for buyer/sellers – We were selling and buying a home so this was foundational to staying organized! Marketing strategy is bang on - This team knows how to get noticed! Listing and pricing strategy – Our home sold for over asking price and we bought for below list price! Document management – Everything was accurate, attached and on-time. Especially liked how the Conditions Removal PDF included all the subjects! Fun experience and pleasant to deal with! Great photographer! Speed of the listing all coming together! Communication style and patience! I know that they are a busy team, and yet they made me feel like I was their only client! Both realtors have different personalities and style – their synergies and skillsets really make them a powerful team!

Buying a new home can be challenging at the best of times. We were referred to Jamie and Leon and we are so grateful that we were. Moving to Kelowna from Nova Scotia was a plan for some time. Kelowna provides us with the lifestyle we were looking for, and when you have a professional realtor team that wants to get to know you, and shows you properties that make sense, it just makes the entire process that much easier.
