This happened due to Joe’s advice on how I can make my property appealing to prospective buyers,. The virtual staging is something new to me, but It was a great idea and an added value in selling my property quickly. Joe and his team are very efficient and send me information timely. In a multiple offer situation, he made sure we had the best chance of landing the deal. With another agent I’m not sure the outcome would have been the same.
