Honest guys doing honest work. It's a simple place where they'll fix your car for a reasonable price - if this doesn't make you feel good in itself then you're better off at a dealership, where your hand will be held more.

So I'll start off saying this don't go here brought my wife's car in for a fuel line to be replaced and a noise In the front , Joe "fixed" the fuel line said he needed to replace the rotors and brakes I said do it went and got the car with less then half tank paid cash no receipt was given couple days later went to the gas station 20 min to put10 bucks in went down to his shop was very polite and just explained what it was doing he told me call him in a week he was going on vacation so I waited got the car back in to his shop week and half later paid for the part so I can fill the car told him noise was still there he told me car needed shocks in front and springs were broken told him to fix the springs all in all paid just under 1000.00 bucks cash still no reciept as it was cash I got a deal so he didn't have to claim it.... Right away driving noticed new sounds comming from back of car definatly not bringing the car to him took to the dealer told them about the work I had Joe to do Dealers find Fuel line Joe replaced was a main fuel line was not replaced was patched and it's a temporary fix Tie rods are lose Joe missed those on inspection The rear shocks Joe fixed for us didn't install the worn out insulators and one shock was installed upside down now I have to pay to have everything redone I would recommend stay far away from this guy he just steals your money and his attitude towards the customers who are paying him good money to do the works he treats like garbage

Joe provides excellent service. No nonsense repairs and service. I have taken my car to Joe’s for over 30 years. Never a problem. Backs his work 100%!

Fast, efficient, really know there stuff. Decent price compared to other small shops. Definitely will use them in any future repairs.

I will admit Joe is pretty quick and efficient at doing his job but the way he treats a customer needs to improve. I tried getting my car fixed and he tells me to call back a few days later to see when he's free to fix my car. I call back on that day and he told me to call back again closer to the date that I chose. This was a week ahead of time and I called multiple times a day and left around 4-6 voicemails making sure that I'm able to swing by for the appointment. I live 1.5 hours away so I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time by driving all the way down there, and the reason I'm going to him is because it's my dealer's mechanic and I was still covered under the warranty. I call on the day of and he doesn't answer. I called using a different phone number, and he picked up right away and he said he can't fix it and how I should've called earlier that week. But he said to drop it off and he'll fix it the next day. I get to the shop, and I told him how I was trying to call him all week but no answer and he starts getting angry and starts swearing in front of me and my father, who had nothing to do with this. Normally it's the customers who get irritated and throw a tantrum and the representative tells them to calm down, but it was the opposite this time. I was telling him to calm down because I wasn't angry, even though I've been trying to get this same problem resolved for 3 months. I was trying to be patient because I know it was a big job to do on my car. The last time I came to fix the car, he didn't even disclose that he cracked the fuel pump in my car by accident. He told me this almost 2 months later when I called back. I know running a business is tough and not all customers will bring a smile to his face, but he really needs to clean up his act and be professional. Joe can ignore this review all he wants, but I still want to put this out there.
